Baileys, almonds, hazelnuts and lots of chocolate. A dessert to enjoy with a coffee or tea, or just because you passed the plate and your hand was attracted to it 😄.
Melt the chocolate slowly with the butter. Fold in the grounded almonds and hazelnuts, then stir in the Baileys liqueur. Mix until well incorporated.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Using a teaspoon, scoop out small amounts and shape into balls.
Prick a hazelnut and hide it in the dough.
Melt the white chocolate and black chocolate separately and sink the balls in the chocolate (some in the white chocolate, some in the black chocolate).
Let them cool for 1-2 hours on a baking sheet.
