  1. Preheat the oven - 180 degree, top/bottom heat.

  2. Grease the tin and sprinkle with flour.

  3. In a bowl, mix the butter, the lemon zest and 120g Sugar

  4. 2 eggs and 3 egg yolks will be added to the butter cream one after another.

  5. Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder in a separate bowl.

  6. Add the flour mix to the butter cream one tbsp after another.

  7. Add the Lemon Juice.

  8. Put the batter into the tin.

  9. Add the cherries or the fruits you like.
I used frozen cherries, but you can use fresh cherries or other fruits.

  10. Bake for 40 Minutes
After 30 Minutes start the next step.

  11. With a mixer, mix 3 Egg whites with a pinch of Salt and 120 g Sugar and make a thick froth.

  12. When the 40 Minutes passed, take the pie out of the oven and put the froth on it.
You can put it with a spoon or you can nicely decorate with a piping bag as you like, both version looks good in my opinion.

  13. Bake for 20 more Minutes.

Let the pie cool down for 30 minutes and then enjoy it! :)
