I had 1 banana which was too ripe to be eaten by anyone. So I searched in Cookidoo for a recipe. I found one appetising recipe and then I created another one :D
Preheat oven to 180°C (ventilation).
Prepare a muffin tray with 12 cups with paper cups.
Place the bananas in the mixing bowl and chop them or mashed them with a fork ( for thermomix 8 sec./speed 4)
Add the eggs, the butter, chocolate cream, grounded almonds milk, vanilla sugar and sugar and mix for 1 minutes on medium speed (for thermomix 15 sec./speed 3)
Add the flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix for 3 minutes in medium speed (for thermomix 1.5 min./speed 3)
Add chocolate drops and fold in with a spatula (for thermomix 25 sec./Step 2)
Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin
Bake for approx. 20 minutes (180°C, convection oven), let them cool in the tin
