Gluten-free low-carb chocolate cake - I can only warn you, that you won’t be able to stop after you tried it! You will for sure want at least one more piece of it!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 Celcius degrees convection.

  2. Melt the chocolate.

  3. Mix all the ingredients.

  4. Add the melting chocolate and continue to mix.

  5. Place in a 26 cm cake tin and bake for about 60 minutes.
