This is a very easy falafel recipe. You can prepare a big quantity of the dry ingredients mix, and keep it in a glas for future meals, or you can get it ready and freeze it.

Instructions

  1. Grind the chickpeas in a blender.

  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix very well.

  3. Form into balls and freeze for 2 hours.

  4. After 2 hours you can bake or deep fry them.

I chose to make them in the air fryer, without oil. Both versions are delicious!
