This is a very easy falafel recipe. You can prepare a big quantity of the dry ingredients mix, and keep it in a glas for future meals, or you can get it ready and freeze it.
Grind the chickpeas in a blender.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix very well.
Form into balls and freeze for 2 hours.
After 2 hours you can bake or deep fry them.
I chose to make them in the air fryer, without oil. Both versions are delicious!
