As a side dish or main course, this lentil salad is simply delicious! I can't have enough of it. If you like, you can add some feta on it.
Boil the lentils and drain the water when ready. (See the instructions on the packaging)
Chop the onions, capsicum and parsley.
Stir the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl.
When the lentils are ready, drain the water and put the vegetables and sauce on top and mix all together well.
If you like, you can add some feta or any cheese you like.
