This is a german Christmas dessert with lot of hazelnuts and some jam. Very delicious!

Knead all the ingredients for the dough and roll it out on a greased baking sheet. Spread apricot jam on the rolled out dough.

Heat butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until sugar is dissolved. Stir nuts together with water into the butter-sugar mixture. Pour onto the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 175° C top/bottom heat for about 25 minutes. 
While still warm, cut first into rectangles, then into triangles and dip the corners in chocolate glaze.
