Instructions

  1. Core the plums, cut into smaller pieces and set aside.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C convection oven.

  3. Prepare a round baking tin with baking paper.

  4. Mix the butter, eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until a cream is formed.

  5. Add the lemon zest.

  6. Add the ground almonds and continue to mix.

  7. Add the oat flour and continue to mix for 1 minute.

  8. Pour the resulting cream into the baking tin and spread the plums on top.

    Optional: You can sprinkle coarsely chopped almonds or almond flakes on top.

  9. Bake for 70 Minutes.

  10. When ready, let it cool down for 1 h before serving.
