When I first heard about this cake I thought 'really?and this must be good?' but it is indeed very good.
Preheat the oven, 200 degree ventilation
Grease a baking tin (mine was 24 cm square tin)
Ground 100 g chocolate
Mix the chocolate with the hazelnuts, sugar, vanilla sugar
Add the eggs, red wine and soft butter and continue mixing
Add the flour and baking powder
Pour the dough in the baking tin
Spread the drained cherries all over
Bake for 45 minutes
Cut in small pieces the rest of the chocolate.
Melt it the chocolate on a low heat and when melted add the cream and mix until well incorporated
When the cake is baked, pour the chocolate all over the cake and let it cool before serving.
