Scrambled Eggs with Lemon juice

Did you know that if you put some lemon juice in your scrambled eggs, it will become super fluffy and creamy? In a pan with some oil or butter, over medium heat, add your egg, spread over the lemon juice 🍋 and gently stir until well done. You will notice just in a few moments after mixing, the creamy consistency. 🤤 Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it and enjoy it!

  1. Prepare the eggs. Mix 2 eggs in a bowl.

  2. Heat the pan on the stove on medium heat. Add the butter when warm.

  3. Add the eggs over the butter and sprinkle the lemon juice all over it. On the medium heat, stir slowly until it's well done creamy and fluffy.

  4. Sprinkle some Salt and Pepper and enjoy it with some parmesan over it and avocado and tomatoes aside.
