Heat the oven - 180 degree, top /bottom heat
Grate the Zucchini
Cut the onion
Grate the carrots
In a pan, let the butter melt and then add the onion and the carrots
Mix the onion and carrots with the Zucchini.
When the onion has become translucent, take the pan off the heat and add the vegetables on top of the zucchini.
Add the eggs, gouda cheese, salt and pepper and stir until well mixed
Prepare the tin.
Grease the tin with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the dough in it.
Add the mix to the tin
Bake for 1 hour
Let the pie cool down for 10 Minutes and then you can enjoy it.
